Lwandy Ngebe
Lwandy Ngebe is a visionary entrepreneur and community leader who founded Estudio Glam Foundation with a passion for transforming lives through beauty education. With over a decade of experience in the hair and beauty industry, she recognized the need for accessible, high-quality training programs in historically disadvantaged communities.
Her journey began in the townships of Eastern Cape, where she witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by young people seeking economic opportunities. Through her foundation, she has created pathways for hundreds of individuals to build successful careers and businesses in the beauty industry.
